        Automatic self cleaning Suction filter

        Structure and Work principle 

           Automatic self-cleaning suction  filter   consists of  the primary  filter  strainer  ,fine filter screen , water inlet ,water outlet , suction nozzels and  transmission  parts, differential pressure switch , pressure gauge,eletric sewage valve ,  eletric motor .

Dirty water enters the water inlet , where it enters the center of the primary  strainer , the water then passes into the fine filter screen  through the primary strainer from the inside  and from the water  outlet .
        The   solid  impurity is blocked  on the filter screen surface and  accumulates on the inner surface of the fine screen , creating a  differential pressure  ,Once the pressure drop reaches a preset value , a rinse cycle is activated by the control system  ,and  opening the rinse valve  to an atmospheric drain .
       As a result , pressure drop in the  motor chamber  and the dirt collector assembly  , the pressure drop creat a backfush stream , whick suchs the dirt off screen/net , similar to a vaccum cleaner .The backwash water is carried through the collector and ejected out of the holes in the  motor .
        The water being ejected out of the  motor cause th collector to rotate , similar to sprinker ,in addition , the pressure drop in the  motor  chamber, cause the collector assembly to move axially .This combination of movement ensure that the entire screen  is cleaned   each cycle .

The  PLC controller is the  electrical control  core of  automatic self-cleaning filter .with all kinds of protection, alarm function. With a wide range of control, time control , pressure  control , its filtration degree  is quite high. The use of high-speed CPU chip, a variety of parameters can be set off memories of its own internal watchdog circuit, SMD components using advanced technology, liquid crystal display simple and clear operation.

            Installation

This  filter can be horizontal or vertical installation, it should be noted that the flow direction and the direction of the arrow should be the same shell, called the vertical direction of flow is from top to bottom.
